ob Responsibilities:

- Designing automated systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and identify areas for automation. Develop system design specifications and create detailed plans for implementing automation solutions.
- Developing automation solutions: Utilize programming languages, scripting, and automation tools to create software and hardware solutions that automate tasks and processes. Implement robotic process automation (RPA) technologies and integrate them with existing systems.
- Testing and debugging: Conduct thorough testing of automated systems to ensure they function as intended. Identify and resolve any bugs, errors, or performance issues that may arise during the testing phase.
- System maintenance: Monitor automated systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and modifications as needed to enhance system performance and address any issues.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration and support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, technicians, and end-users, to gather requirements, address technical issues, and provide support for automation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is typically required.
- Programming skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or others is essential. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework) is beneficial.
- Automation tools and technologies: Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) platforms, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems, is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Communication and teamwork: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document system specifications, and provide support. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the organization's domain (e.g., processes, software development methodologies, healthcare regulations).
- Continuous learning: A mindset of continuous learning and staying updated with emerging automation technologies, trends, and best practices.
