Singapore EARNEST DESIGNER & PROJECT PTE. LTD. Full time

Identifies business opportunities, build customer relationship, negotiates and close business deals.
- Handling on-site management independently, addressing clients’ expectations and managing meeting with clients.
- Responsible for price quotation submission, project budgeting and negotiation with clients.
- Control and monitoring of project costing to meet within budget.
- Working closely with the Project Team to review design, layout plan and all other engineering requirements for site construction.
- Overseeing the smooth running of existing projects and directing all staff to ensure clients’ deliverables, timeline and budgets are met.

**Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 3 years’ related experience, preferably in similar industry.
- Create and executes sales and marketing business plan.
- Identifies new sales opportunities and market segments.
