**Intern, Quality & Warranty**
**Department : Quality & Warranty (BP60230)**

**Job Overview**
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. As UDIS Customer Quality & Warranty team, we are formed as total 14 people who located at 3 different sites (Ageo, Bangalore and Singapore). We are responsible for related customer quality, warranty, campaign and dealer support business for all IS markets with close collaboration with our IS Hubs, to join together support our customer uptime, improve quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To review markets quality reports from Hub markets Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hongkong, Singapore, these reports including truck engine oil leakage, transmission gear wear, brake system waring lamp on and other systems failures.
- To coordinate with Hub markets for summary necessary quality information (fault code, repair history, maintenance history, truck body types, customer usage and so on), feedback to Japan quality engineers and design engineers.
- To support Hub markets to improve report quality in quality system.

**Minimum qualifications**
- University degree in Mechanical basic knowledge or related field
- Good knowledge in data analysis skills
- Computer proficiency with excellent familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills)
- Demonstration of commitment and enthusiasm_ _
