Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops, ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, presence in wholesale business serving corporate and cafes and expanding its presence into the online platform.

We are seeking an **E-Commerce Specialist **to manage and to grow our online platform business channels through our online store and various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage order processing for various online sales channels
- Establish partnership with relevant e-commerce marketplaces
- Provide customer service and/or recovery for online sales channels
- Manage order fulfilment by working closely with production team
- Manage 3PL operation by working with various delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Perform inventory management by working closely with production team and relevant business partners
- Improve online business KPIs by providing business idea, executing plan and tracking performance

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently while working closely with various business stakeholders to achieve set objectives
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
- Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From $2,200.00 per month
