Singapore DIGITAL TREASURES CENTER PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily **settlement and reconciliation**processes for both fiat and digital asset (stablecoin) transactions.
- Ensure **timely and accurate processing**of payments, remittances, and wallet fund transfers across various partners, blockchains, and banking networks.
- Monitor **multi-currency cash flow**positions and execute liquidity management across Web2 banking partners and Web3 custodial/non-custodial wallets.
- Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to support **merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring**, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with **banks, payment providers, blockchain custodians**, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth fund settlement and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
- Investigate and resolve **settlement discrepancies**, failed transactions, or fraud-related issues promptly.
- Prepare regular **treasury and settlement reports**for management and key internal stakeholders.
- Assist in **month-end closing**processes and audit-related requirements.
- Identify and recommend **process improvements**or automation opportunities in treasury and settlement workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Accountancy, Finance, Business**, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in **treasury operations, payment settlement**, or fund management.
- Prior experience in **fintech, blockchain, crypto payments, or e-commerce**companies is **strongly preferred**.
- Familiarity with **blockchain transactions, wallet operations, stablecoins**, and digital asset payments is a **major advantage**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a **fast-paced, cross-border**and tech-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
