- Leads the IFM team to plan, operate, maintain and ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of the essential M&E and building services such as power, cooling systems, fire protection.

- Appointed Fire Safety Manager of LLI.
- Coordinates and oversees annual shutdown. exercise, improvement works, A&A works and any other works as instructed.
- Manages LLI’s revenue and service charges related to PPUF, Carpark and aircon etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in Building Management or Real Estate, Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent with/without FSM qualification
- At least 15 years of Relevant Experience
