Governance & Plans Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Governance & Plans Manager to work with us in shaping our business strategy with an aim towards sustainability and in support of the Singapore Green Plan 2030. Work with the operations and maintenance team in ensuring the business always maintains compliance to regulations.

**Responsibilities**

Governance

a) Licences & Permits
- Integration, administration, and governance of all licensing requirements not limited to business permits and licences.
- Periodic review to ensure all licenses and permits are renewed timely.
- Renewal of critical operational related licences.

b) Contract Management
- Liaison with regulators on service contract compliance.
- Review of changes in contractual obligations upon regulators’ request.
- Verification of changes initiated by the regulator and review of pricing mechanism.

Planning

a) Project Administration
- Conduct project feasibility and lead operational related pilot projects from concept paper development to project execution.
- Ensure project deliverables are met.
- Able to steer the project towards obtaining a favorable outcome.

b) Develop Business Strategy
- Undertake research and analysis of emerging trends and technology related to the industry by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Propose and evaluate and conduct feasibility assessments and execute pilots of new waste-related technologies

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Outcome-driven, independent, resourceful with positive attitude.
- Collaborative, team player and able to deliver results.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
