**As a Care Concierge, Service Quality (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Serve as the Care Concierge, acting as the primary point of contact for residents’ next-of-kin.
- Engage with caregivers and residents before admission to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Conduct pre-admission counseling sessions to clarify fees, services, care philosophy, and expectations.
- Facilitate a smooth admission process and orientation for new residents.
- Maintain active communication with residents and caregivers throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to address any concerns that arise.
- Contribute to care planning by sharing insights about residents’ backgrounds and preferences.

**Resident Journey Development**:

- Establish critical touchpoints from pre-admission to discharge to enhance the resident experience.
- Participate in measuring and monitoring satisfaction through focus groups, audits, and surveys.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Assist in implementing service recognition programs and initiatives, like the annual Service Excellence Award.
- Provide feedback during team meetings to identify service gaps and suggest training programs for improvement.

**Goals**:

- Ensure high-quality care that aligns with organisation's Philosophy and Service Standards.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for residents and their families.
- Continuously enhance the service experience based on feedback and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2 years of work experiences.
- Knowledge of geriatrics or experience caring for the elderly will be an added advantage.
