大手日系企業の事業開発部門にて、PM募集します
求人内容
- Project development, execution and management (examination, DD, negotiation, closing, PMI, etc.) of new investment projects mainly related to decarbonization
- Formulation of execution plan, valuation of new investment opportunities, preparation of proposal/approval document and presentation material for the target project
- Internal coordination and collaboration with relevant departments (business divisions, finance/accounting, legal affairs, etc.)
- Collaboration and progress management with various experts (lawyers, accountants, tax accountants, other consultants, etc.)
- Various related businesses on the company's medium-term business plan
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- 主に脱炭素化に関連する新規投資案件のプロジェクト開発、実行、管理（審査、DD、交渉、クロージング、PMI等）
- 対象案件の実行計画策定、新規投資案件の評価、提案書・稟議書・プレゼン資料の作成
- 関係部署（事業部門、財務・経理、法務等）との社内調整・協業
- 各種専門家（弁護士、会計士、税理士、その他コンサルタント等）との協業・進捗管理
- 当社の中期経営計画に関する各種関連業務
- その他関連業務
応募資格
[Must]
- Proficiency in English as well as Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
- Experience with one of the following (at least 2 years):
+Experience in consulting work related to corporate/business investment at a consulting firm, etc.
+Experience in corporate/business investment and M&A advisory work at financial institutions, etc.
+Practical experience in new business development and subsidiary management
- High communication and presentation skills
- Logical and flexible thinking ability
- Good team worker with a good balance between independence and cooperation
- High coordination and negotiation skills among stakeholders (Internal/External)

- 以下のいずれかの経験を有すること(最低2年間)
+コンサルティングファーム等での企業・事業投資に関するコンサルティング業務経験
+金融機関等での企業・事業投資、M&Aアドバイザリー業務の経験
+新規事業開発、子会社経営などの実務経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力
- 論理的かつ柔軟な思考力
- 自立と協調のバランスがとれたチームワークの良い方
- 社内外の関係者との高い調整能力、交渉能力
