**OVERVIEW & IMPACT**:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Semiconductor technology. The incumbent will support the Business Innovation team to identify, deploy innovation and SCM improvement projects and initiative with the Sales & Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for the project coordination and administration as well as the training aspect within the team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the team to conduct business process analysis with various stakeholders
- Understand, review and translate business issues or user requirements into information systems and information management solutions.
- Participate with project team members for PI(Process Innovation) designing & planning
- Collaboration with stakeholders related projects which may include system implementation, internal process improvement
- Monitor in-house system (SFDC, Jira, Confluence, Flow and etc) to identify operational issues
- Conduct trainings & provide support to employees on DX processes and systems
- Prepare report on progress of projects
- Prepare Meeting minutes and sharing
- Understand and help to set SCM KPI target for each biz unit
- Monitoring/ analysis of Weekly/Monthly KPI performance

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Proficient with MS Excel
- Experiences in CRM/ERP software is prefered.
- Around 3-5 years working experience which includes at least 2-3 years in CRM(customer relationship management) system
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills will be added advantage
