The Team Leader, Manufacturing is responsible for supervising the direct manufacturing operations in terms of safety, quality, productivity and timely delivery to external customers with the intent of continuous improvement and leading results to achieve sustainable plant goals.

The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Tuas, Singapore.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Lead, motivate, train and coach team members with an aim for high-performance individuals and focus on their career development; Support them to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high-quality levels with mínimal waste

Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational goals; Accurately completes quality and production reports daily to ensure management visibility and allow process continuous improvement

Responsible for staff scheduling such as work assignments, rotations, training, breaks, overtime and back-ups; participating in hiring with the Talent Acquisition Team

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Minimal 3 years of production or manufacturing supervisory skill

Flexible to work rotating shifts (8-hour shifts)

Good interpersonal with all levels of people

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
