Our client is a leader in beverage sustainability innovation, this group designs and licenses closed-loop technology that dramatically reduces the carbon footprint while reducing overall delivery costs. As the group continues to expand they are looking to bring on board an experienced Operations Engineer who will work closely with the Senior Engineer in a client-facing role.

**OVERVIEW**

As Operations Engineer, you have responsibility for operations to support designated markets. You will be attending client sites throughout the group's global territory network, delivering training, and working with stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Finally, you will have responsibility for leading the development of the groups operations protocols, standards, and systems.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As Operations Engineer, your responsibilities include**:

- All closed-loop operations, including attending licensed operator local sites to provide plant commissioning or service support, production and technology training, and operations planning.
- Providing remote technical, engineering, and customer service support for all aspects of closed-loop operations.
- Providing quality control management and operations and safety auditing of closed-loop operations
- Identify closed-loop operations inefficiencies and make recommendations for optimization
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with eS Licensed Operators and their distributors and wholesalers, Brand Partners, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of special projects assigned
- Develop and monitor timeline and project deliverables
- Maintaining strong communication within the Operations Team
- Preparing & reporting operational metrics.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering, industrial design, product design, or related fields
- Resourceful, good problem-solving and research skills
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
