**Bank Client Due Diligence Analyst (6 Months Contract)
Location: CBD

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
- Preparation of documentation and conduct CDD in a timely manner.
- Engage internal stakeholders and clients to acquire pertinent business papers and information in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Ensure documents submitted and declared are complete and accurate.
- Ensure handling of clients documents are safekept according to regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure high customer service satisfaction while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct periodic review of Desktop Operating Instructions.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders on new system configurations and testing (where required) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct training for new/existing staff on systems and guidelines
- Conduct discussions to drive operational efficiency and knowledge sharing with team members.
- Ensure up to date communication with internal stakeholders on and issues related to risk and operations, compliance, products and processes.
- Generate monthly report and operational planning for management.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management and team lead.
