Job Scope:

- Support in daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, etc
- Assist in daily supply chain operations including parts exchange, distribute parts to other locations, etc
- Perform detailed checks and testing on received spare parts (to ensure the spare parts are received in good condition)
- Perform simple configurations to repaired / new spare part
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform periodic stocktaking
- Monitor the movement of Spare Parts and update the system
- Assist in preparing reports and documentations
- Daily housekeeping of the storerooms
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess Warehouse Assistant experience
- Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Will deliver parts to various locations, 1 to 4 times in a month)
- Basic computer skills (Eg MS Words & Excel)
- Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
- Attention to details & organized
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and PH

Other Information:

- Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shifts ( 7am - 4.30pm / 1pm - 10.30pm )
- Salary: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
