**Job Description：**

We are looking for an experienced and qualified educator for a Chinese family. This role involves overseeing the social, academic and emotional development of 2 children aged 5 and 7. The CEO is required to maximize the children’s potentials by formulating effective program through collaborating, hiring and supervising external educators who will be engaging with the children. The CEO is required to assumes other responsibilities assigned when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in Both Chinese and English
- High integrity with a set of positive character traits
- Empathetic and sociable, cooperate to develop and participate in children's after-school and holiday teaching activities and outdoor activities.
- Committed and experienced individual who is caring and passionate in children education
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail, especially to any behavioral changes in children
- Ability to track learning progresses and produce informative reports
- Highly organized with excellent writing, technical and communication skills Excellent at written and oral communication, especially in presentation with stakeholders (i.e teachers, parents, children, etc)
- Skilled in identifying problems and propose potential solutions
- Excellent track records in the education sector (private tutor, public tutor, education administrator, etc.)
