General servicing of the M&E system

Repair, troubleshoot and maintenance of M&E system

Response to daily rooms and facilities faults and rectify defects (aircon, electrical, hot water system, plumbing / blockages in pipes or drain lines).

Repair & maintenance of rooms during preventive maintenance

Daily pre-arrival room inspection to ensure in order before occupancy

Daily monitoring and recording of Hotel’s utilities consumption and updating supervisor on any discrepancy

Minor painting works to hotel’s facilities

Carry out own repairs to room’s carpentry works

Report any suspicious or hazardous concerns Supervisors

Any other works as assigned by Supervisor

**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Late shift
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (required)
