JR17066 Facilities Engineer / Technologist

Dynamic and strong F10 Facilities operation day team member who can manager strongly Admin and Facilities control room systems though SCADA monitoring and routine checks.

1. Operate and maintain F10 admin M&E system which includes fire protection system.

2. Collaborate with Facilities system owners on 1st line troubleshooting and prompt escalation

3. Monitor daily Admin HVAC system, electrical and fire protection system for any abnormalities or alarm management

4. Administer e Permit-To-Work program

5. Administer SIPP (Site Interruption Prevention Program) program

6. Administer Facilities Corporate programs initiatives Trained by Shaimee on day operation role and responsibilities.

7. Coordinates and Support Facilities Operation Shift operation during major critical production window Coordinates and interface with internal and external parties for facilities operation related activities

8.Provide Training to Facilities Shift Operation Team Member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team)

9.Manage and follow up on Incident PIR and METS reporting

10.Provide training to new TMs

11.Act as a back for Shift operation / Engineer to represent in issues

12. Follow up and day to day administration for Facilities Operations

13. All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
14. Own and maintain Post incident review program, Weekly reporting and AQC role.

15. Back up as shift team in control room if any manpower shortage or any urgent request

17. Involve in Facilities energy saving and innovation projects initiatives
