**Responsibilities**:

- **Part of the Emerging Technology department providing consulting solutions on APM (Application Performance monitoring)**:

- **Focused on implementing and ensuring successful adoption of AIOps Technologies such as Dynatrace**:

- **Solutions scope may expand to other Application Development technologies and MetaVerse as part of Emerging Technology**:

- **Consult with customers to understand their business and technical goals**:

- **Work closely with sales to lead pre-sales engagement with customers by providing demos and technical due diligence**:

- **Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dynatrace products in Production, Test, and Development environments**:

- **Provide training/enablement sessions to customers**:

- **Support the Day 2 resources where required**:
**Qualifications**:

- **IT or Computer Science related Diploma / Degree**:

- **5-10 years of experience**:

- **Basic knowledge of Unix and Windows platforms**:

- **Understanding of code
- **Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude**:

- **Demonstrated experience with data visualization via charts and dashboards, including appropriate use of granular and aggregate data**:

- **Excellent presentation skills and an ability to adapt to the audience “on the fly”**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail**:

- **Excitement and eagerness to learn new technologies**:
**Good to Have**:

- **Dynatrace Associate or Professional certified**:
