**Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical design and project execution at our client (Semiconductor, LCD, LED, Solar) site for chemical and slurry system projects.
- Report to project manager or / and site manager, assist project manager / site manager for system project design (including but not limited to P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout etc); project management and mechanical work / equipment fabrication execution.
- Chemical / slurry supply system design for new project, be responsible for process optimization, operational support, and Improvement by engineering viewpoint, for Chemical and Slurry projects.
- Creation and organization of related documents (e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, standard operation procedure, final as build document OMM etc.)
- Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
- Trouble shooting of chemical / slurry systems (Identify root cause and suggest improvement plan)
- Assist and Implement system functional test with flushing, sampling for system qualification. Including FAT (factory acceptance test) and SAT (site acceptance test)
- Assist, coordinate and implement for system modification job with relevant parties including the Client and Sub-contractors
- Prepare, check and review the drawing for system design document including but not limited to P&ID / PFD / Equipment and piping Layout etc.
- Prepare on site work check list, installation & commissioning operation procedures, Risk Assessment; Follow up client Permit to Work system

**Keys Requirements**
- Diploma holder in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical engineering field or equivalent ; degree holder will be advantage
- Possess mechanical, process design knowledge, project management skills; capable in leading and managing project team
- Good understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical / slurry system
- Good adaptability and flexibility; Willing to work overtime when required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office, Project, Auto CAD skill
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant design work, project management, supervision and co-ordination work in semiconductor field will be an advantage
- Supervise, check and review the installation work by sub-con and vendors
- Provide after-sales support to client for completed projects (standby On-call for any system trouble or emergency)
