**Job Summary**

Deliver development and learning support programme to pre-schoolers with learning difficulties and support teachers, parents, and caregivers in overcoming their learning and development difficulties.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide LS (Learning Support) Intervention and ICS (In-Class Support) to preschoolers ‘at risk’ or with mild developmental needs.
- Work with teachers to identify children with learning difficulties and delays in development using tools of DS-LS.
- Prepare reports for CFM (Case Filter Meeting) to present needs of preschoolers identified to Doctor (KKH/NUH).
- Prepare schedule and reports for LS and DS ICS.
- Attend CFM sessions to present cases.
- Meet Parents to present IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and EOI (End of Intervention) reports.
- Conduct Assessments when needed for both DSLS and ICCP children.
- Work with Case Managers and Therapists to support the DS-LS programme sessions with child and his/ her family/ caregivers.
- Provide direct modeling/training to parents, teachers to equip them with strategies to help the child.
- Conduct Principal/ Teachers’ briefing.
- Continue to attend in-house formal and informal training sessions provided by KKH-DCD for DS-LS programme.
- Upkeep data entry in portals/ SSNets and resources for DS-LS.
- Conduct observation and ICS ( include pull out) for ICCP children when needed.

**Working Conditions**
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

**Requirements**:

- Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support(SDELS)
- Preferably with Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- 1-2years of early childhood teaching experience.
- Additional experience in EIPIC or Special Education setting an advantage
- Have a significant interest in mainstream inclusion and implementation of early intervention strategies
- Training in Sped or early intervention methodologies is an added advantage
- Proficient in Computer skills and note-taking
