- Responsible for leading technicians to complete daily inspection, cleaning, maintenance, repair and operation of equipment
- Responsible for the development of equipment maintenance plan, clear maintenance content and time and record
- Responsible for equipment modifications
- Analyze and propose solutions to equipment failures
- Reduce equipment failure rate and maintain machine stability
- Coordinate lab work, responsible for lab personnel, equipment, and environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledge or experience of vacuum processes or vacuum technology will be an added advantage
- Team player who is meticulous, diligent, independent, responsible and with the hands-on capability
