Position Summary
Responsibilities include ensuring that all guestrooms are cleaned and supplied according to standards set by Pan Pacific Hotel. Supervises and inspects cleaning of guest rooms, service areas, corridors and back staircases as assigned to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.

The Role
- Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.
- Able to interpret daily worksheet & deploy Associates as required to meet guest service demand.
- Assist in ensuring all uniforms for all Associates in the hotel/resorts are maintained in top condition, cleaned and ensure our Associates are well presented at all times.
- Assists in educating all Associates in their respective roles.
- Monitor and address any pest situations in the Hotel.
- Ensure the protection and maintenance for all equipment used in the Housekeeping Department.
- Assist in overseeing all external contractors work carried out on guest floors.
- Assist in overseeing all maintenance of plants and floral arrangements on guest floors.
- Monitor and conduct performance and development reviews for all line Associates.
- Assist in ensuring the overall health, safety and well being of Associates and guests alike in the performance of cleaning and maintaining the hotel/resort.
- Ensure proper par level stock for cleaning and guest supplies in floor pantries.
- Carry out regular inspection to floor pantries, corridors and maid carts to ensure all areas meet required standard set.
- Inspect VIP arrival rooms and ensure all are in order prior to arrival.
- Carry out room inspection according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the implementation of a continual comprehensive preventative maintenance programme for the guestrooms.
- Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.
- Assist in maintaining and ensuring the protection of all hotel assets including guest supplies, stores, linen and other hotel assets.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of an Environmental friendly approach to all aspects of the Housekeeping department.
- Continually seek new and better ways to achieve either cost savings, improved revenues or improve services provided to our guests.
- Ensuring of proper record keeping of all Housekeeping documents and ensure updated and accurate record of cleaning activities.

Talent Profile
- Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in Housekeeping operation.
- Possesses leadership qualities.
- Committed and able to lead a team of service agents.
- Pleasant disposition.
- Physically healthy.
