Singapore MHA - Singapore Prison Service (SPS) Full time

**What the role is**
- As a Psychologist, you are responsible for the development and implementation of programmes and services to enhance and evaluate:

- Staff performance and management;
- Organisational performance in operations and rehabilitation;
- Training and assessment methodologies and systems;
- Staff resilience and mental health; and
- Crisis and emergency response system.

**What you will be working on**
- The jobholder is expected to supervise junior staff in their projects (in the areas indicated above) and in their forensic and clinical assessments and intervention (including staff counselling cases). The jobholder is also expected to conduct psychological (clinical and forensic) assessments and interventions to offenders and staff.
