The Data Analyst will support continuous improvement projects within Customer Service organization, with focus on driving work process and KPI improvements. This role will also partner closely with IT to drive automation of daily transactional activities and finance to ensure compliance and right segregation of duties. This position reports into the Regional Customer Service Manager.

Typical Accountabilities
- Lead the tracking of Customer Service KPIs to drive improvement in Service, Lead Time, Order vs Forecast accuracy and Order Acknowledge Response Time
- Lead deep dive of KPI misses with the team and support the implementation of action plans to improve KPI targets
- Put in place the right systems/ process/ tools to improve overall Customer Service process in South East Asia
- Work with commercial, supply chain and operations teams to improve communication flows across multifunction teams
- Work with IT to drive automation of daily transactional activities
- Work with Finance to ensure compliance and right segregation of duties
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for work process automation to improve productivity in Customer Service team
- Main point of contact for any questions and problems regarding Customer Service work process and system troubleshooting
- Lead the continuous development of local/regional S&OP processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of information flows

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service is preferred (including good understanding of ERP)
- Good data analytics skills
- Demonstrated strong trouble shooting abilities and passion for continuous improvement
- Problem solver who can define issues and drive issue resolutions
- Able to work independently and drive alignment across multifunction teams
- Highly motivated with service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and business understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft office full suite
- Flexible to carry out additional duties as the business needs required
