Green Link Digi Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale Digi bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

As part of the fulfilment team, you will provide customer’s support in ensuring smooth successfully onboarding of the customer in terms of documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide cyber security advisory, consultancy, guidance of Cyber Security related matters.
- Actively promote Cyber Security risk idea to the whole organisation and staff of all levels.
- Conduct cyber security risk assessments and track remediation.
- Work with IT team to assess and advise on the solutioning of Cyber Security systems and services.
- Monitor the working effectiveness of IT security team to ensure healthy security status.
- Regularly conduct Cyber Security assessments to ensure the effectiveness of Cyber Security function.
- Identify, assess and report all Cyber Security risk matters.
- Participate in the design of the treatment of Cyber Security risk events.
- Update, review and refresh the Cyber Security frameworks, policies, standards and guidelines.
- Cultivate a healthy Cyber Security risk culture and work closely with Technology Risk partners to shape a proactive and anticipatory risk culture.
- Track, monitor and validate all Cyber Security risk remediation timely.
- Prepare and present the Cyber Security risk report to all relevant committees.
- Actively participate in all Cyber Security incident matters.
- Keep abreast and report of latest Cyber Security development.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or any relevant academic stream.
- At least 5 years of experience in the area of Cyber Security.
- Good understanding of MAS Technology Risk and Cyber Security requirements.
- Familiar with industry security standards such as NIST, COBIT and ISO 27001.
- Experience liaising and managing regulators’ expectations.
- Good knowledge of Cyber Security governance, processes and policies.
- Experienced in managing and working well with multiple stakeholders in all levels.
- Experienced in advising and convincing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
