This Senior Financial Analyst position acts as a ‘bridge’ between LF Tech and Citi Finance. Monthly financial forecasting & budgeting, balance sheet impacts (of retiring CSIs & projects shared with retain markets), client allocation & variance analysis would be the focus for this role. The analyst will directly support senior management & senior finance teams for the communication of financial forecasts & outlook. This is a replacement role in view of LF to Wealth Tech resource transfer. Responsibilities include:

- Quantify & communicate financial impact of changes in divestiture schedules and strategies to Citi Finance team.
- Support Senior Leadership team on matters relating to Financial Forecasts, Expense drivers, variances, balance sheet impacts etc.
- Assist in driving & closing the monthly financials by coordinating between regional teams
- Create & refresh excel models to calculate financial outlooks
- Ad-hoc analysis for assessing the impact of certain events on financial forecasts, events such as changes in staff release schedules, accelerated depreciation of impaired software assets, timing of transfers from LF Tech to Holdings Tech, etc.
- Assists with budget creation & budget risk assessments
- Identification of cost savings opportunities

Qualifications:

- 8 -10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
- Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
