**Responsibilities for manual tester**
- Work as part of an Agile team, helping to ensure that all User Stories have a well-documented User Acceptance Criteria, and that those tests are executed within the iteration cycle
- Thinking like a user approaching our software for the first time despite using our products every day
- Working closely with developers on detailed designs to derive test objectives
- Knowing where to focus your attention, what areas to probe and what questions to ask to ensure that everyone on the team is thinking clearly and thoroughly about quality
- Investigating how new requirements and features fits into the automation test suite understand scope and estimate risk
- Collaborating with other stakeholders including colleagues in Documentation, Development, QA, User
- Contributing to product innovation
- Being an active contributor to the company’s initiatives for process improvements, and drive assigned initiatives
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is mandatory
- Test automation or programming is good to have

**Qualifications for manual tester**
- Procedures/Scripts/Manual Testing)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQA required
- Shares ideas and experiences with colleagues and business units that may improve performance
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in software testing
- Demonstrated ability to independently interpret requirements and technical specifications, translate into thorough test plans and test cases, and execute test cases
