**AV Studio Support Engineer**

We are looking for an AV Studio Support Engineer to be based in Singapore, to support an American Multinational Financial company client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing, operating, and troubleshooting for the audio and video equipment within the Studio, including studio lighting.
- Coordinate and communicate with remote locations to ensure technical quality and readiness for air.
- Carrying out weekly inspections on the system functionality, dusting, and cleaning of the audio and video equipment to ensure perfect working conditions
- Liaison with vendors on equipment commissioning, repair & maintenance
- AV support for any events and meetings at our in-house studio including:

- Supporting our Facility Technician and business teams with a regular calendar of high-profile meetings, events, and TV appearances
- Setting up of the audio and video systems for different event types, camera views, lighting states
- Live event production, including use of green screen, lighting, and sound to assist employees/visitors running the event in the operation and usage of the audio and video equipment during their practices, rehearsals, and live events/meetings
- Troubleshooting and understanding how to work with multiple display paths, switching routes, sound requirements, and many other key skills for an exciting audience experience

**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:

- Fluent in Zoom and MS Teams
- Knowledge of Video AV System functionality and configuration
- Operational knowledge in directing and programing in an automated environment.
- Operational knowledge on building switcher effects and automation templates to enhance/support production needs
- Ability to engage with and provide technical advice to our in-house marketing and communications team and senior business stakeholders to ensure a positive event experience
- Support editorial & production staff on use of control room equipment.
