**Location**:Jurong East and/or Lakeside (Flexible)

**Working Hours**:Mon - Fri, 8am to 5.30pm and Sat, 8.30am to 1pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor contractors’ manhours and progress, site meetings and technical bid evaluations.
- Schedule, prepare and update monthly & fortnightly reports.
- Prepare and implement AWP (advanced work packaging) procedure, assist contractors to develop it and ensure strict adherence.
- Prepare EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and subcontract tracker, DMRS set up (Level 4 schedule), overall manpower, develop Productivity and S-curves.
- Analyse critical path and highlight potential delays that may occur and the resulting impacts.
- Attend internal and external meetings for planning activities.
- Liaise with Cost Controllers to ensure consistency of information.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Experience with Primavera P6 or P3 Project Management Software.
- Min. 3-4 years of project planning experience in chemical/oil/gas plants. Able to understand standard work scopes of mechanical, civil, structure, instruments, electrical and piping.
