**What you will do**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify staffing needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience hiring for a variety of corporate and commercial roles
- Proven track record of recruiting top talent across the region, multiple disciplines and levels
- Strong handle on a variety of sourcing platforms and ability in assessing talent
- Clear and confident communicating, with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to build relationships with cross functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies (Lever or Greenhouse experience would be a plus)
