**What You'll Do**:

- Provide a warm and inviting welcome to all visitors, creating a positive first impression at our center.
- Scheduling appointments with our team of psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Process invoices and handle payments, ensuring smooth transactions through e-payment, credit card and NETS machines.
- Ability to handle various customer service scenarios with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve immediate concerns and inquiries.

**Who You Are**:

- **Diploma /Degree in Psychology or Hospitality or any discipline.**:

- **Commit to work Part Time on Tuesday to Friday 2pm to 7pm and 9am to 5pm Saturday right in the heart of Orchard Road.**:

- Customer-facing experience, especially in a healthcare or clinical setting, is an advantage.
- You find joy in interacting with people and working with children, and you are at ease in their presence.
- Possess a cheerful, pleasant and approachable personality.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Proficiency in MS Office with basic accounting knowledge. Detail-oriented in managing administrative tasks. Highly attentive to details.
