**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the Group Executive Management Team, you will be managing the full spectrum of the Finance function; leading the FP&A team to prepare budgets and forecasts, consolidated monthly management reports and supervision of the accounts department for the Group. You will be a key business partner to the functional stakeholders and business unit heads to improve on existing policies / framework and drive process improvements. You will also be part of the steering committee for the Group’s ERP implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of the budgeting and forecasting process for the Group, putting in place a process that captures both the Strategic Plans as well as the Financial Performance of the various Business Units.
- Oversee the entire reporting and accounting operations of the Group, ensuring that all financial statements are in accordance with the respective country’s accounting standards and regulatory timelines, and as per the Group’s reporting timeline.
- Manage the preparation of Group management accounts for discussion with the leadership team on a monthly basis. The management accounts should be supported with analysis and commentary to facilitate a meaningful discussion, with added focus on the financial KPI objectives as set by the leadership team.
- Responsible for the Group’s statutory and tax compliance, point of escalation for any statutory or tax audit matters.
- Lead the design and user requirement and testing phases of the Group ERP’s Financial Management module; be part of the Steering Committee for the entire ERP project.

**Specifications/Requirements **(Education, Experience, Skills):

- 10 to 15 years post-graduation experience, with proven working experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant from recognized tertiary institution
- Experience in a manufacturing industry dealing with costing and valuation of COGS a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, comfortable with dealing with all levels of staff across borders
- Willingness and ability to be “hands-on”
- Familiarity with ERP systems and ERP implementation experience.
