**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creation & Social Media Intern

to join our eco-friendly home cleaning brand. As a Content Creation & Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media content to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive awareness and sales. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Social Media Management**
- Research and generate content scripts
- Plan and produce video / reels content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Create fun and engaging viral content (Reels/ Short videos/ GIFs / Images) across various social media channels
- Generate, edit, and publish contents (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) - 7 /week
- Manage all social media platforms of the brand (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook,.. etc).
- Audit and analyse social media presence, content engagement, following, analyse social trends and data
- Tracking social media KPIs to measure success of content and social media campaigns

**Influencer Management**
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, KOLs, and brand advocates for content collaboration
- Liaise with stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling social media content
- Track and evaluate the performance of influencer content posting, campaigns, measuring their impact on brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

**Miscellaneous**
- Assist in ad hoc projects and social media management for the business campaign/unit.

**Job Requirements**:

- Have experience in content creation and social media management
- Highly passionate and creative with love for Social media & Communications
- A social native you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys creating fun and engaging content with products
- Be able to work in a cross-functional setting in a fast-paced environment
