**Job Description**:

- Responsible for all QC activities.
- Develop and implement incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection standards, procedures and work instructions.
- Liaise with production on quality-related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions and handle all Quality issues.
- Provide technical expertise to improve precast quality and process.
- Raise NCR for the Non-Conformance works and follow up the corrective actions.
- Preparation in MOS and liaise with PE. Ensure all the method statement used has obtained approval from the clients and consultants. To tidy up and keep all the quality documents / reports for Precast elements.
- Assist to ISO audits.
- Liaise with BCA, SCI and other government department.
- Follow-up all the required tests as per requirement.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma or Degree related to QA/QC or Engineering / Construction related field.
- Prior experience related to construction industry is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skill is a must.
- **Able to travel between Malaysia & Singapore.
