Commercial and Group Marketing (Commercial)

**Resposibilities**
- Provide building maintenance support and service in high-rise buildings, response/hands-on to operational issues arising from electrical services, air-conditioning (AHU/chiller), plumbing & sewage, sanitary services, fire prevention, tenant feedback, carpentry, take meter readings, etc.

**Requirements**:

- NTC3/NITEC in Electrical/Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-conditioner installation/equipment in a high-rise commercial complex
- Training will be provided for those without experience
- PUB-licensed holder preferred
- Able to perform 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
