**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design Duties**:

- Create visual content for social media, marketing materials, brochures, banners, and websites.
- Design and update company branding assets (logos, presentations, signage, etc.).
- Edit photos and videos when required.
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams for promotional designs.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and taking minutes.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support HR or other departments as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

**Typical Requirements**:

- Diploma or relevant certificate in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in design or admin roles (fresh grads may be considered).
- Fluent in English (and Mandarin).

**Work Environment**:

- Usually office-based
- Found in small to medium-sized companies where multitasking roles are common.
