**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective modelling training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Teach essential skills such as runway walking, posing, and personal branding.
- Offer constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help students excel.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest industry trends and standards.
- Organize and oversee practice sessions, workshops, and mock auditions.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall training program.
- Stay informed about industry developments and integrate relevant insights into your training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional model or title holder (e.g., Miss Universe, Top Model, etc.).
- Strong expertise in modeling techniques and industry practices.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for the fashion and modeling industry.
- Awareness of current trends and standards in modeling.
