**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
- Manage daily store operations, including sales and housekeeping tasks
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed store targets
- Ensure timely restocking of products
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the store
- Operate and manage the POS system efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail preferred
- Customer-focused, sales-driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Passionate about sports
- Willing to work retail hours, including selected weekends and public holidays
