- Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage;
- Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to;
- Work with Maitre D to receive and coordinate all reservations and special requests;
- Receive and act on feedback from all guests;
- Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions;
- Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence Requirements
- At least 1 year of F&B experience
- Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous - Team player
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Details
