**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
- Perform general machine assembly using common hand tools.
- Use computer and automation controllers to operate an automation dashboard.
- Communicate equipment failures clearly to a non-technical audience and assess hardware downtime.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience as a hardware technician, doing assembly, maintenance, and operating automated equipment or equivalent experience/education.
- An in-depth understanding of electrical components, wiring, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
- Willingness to travel to US for training.
- Commissioning equipment, failure analysis, experience with automation systems and PLCs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with fixture prototyping using 3D printing, CAD, machine shop tools, etc.
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to generate clear, well-organized reports.
