**Job Title: Management Trainee (FOH F&B Operations)**

**Job Level**:Junior/Entry Level

**Department**:F&B Department

**Location**: Orchard Central, Singapore

**Allowance**:$3,700/month

**Working days**: 5-6 days a week

**THE JOB**:

- Assist in daily Front-of-House operations, including reservations, seating, and guest services
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns
- Support FOH supervisors in managing service staff and maintaining service standards
- Learn and operate POS systems, handle transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Coordinate with Back-of-House teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership and operational skills
- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn.
- Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
