In your new role you will
- Responsible for deploying global **G2M strategy **to the region and managingG2M activities to enable Sales to capture maximum design win **BOM **share at maximum value based mark up prices at chargers and personal digital devices
- Provides information regarding regional market including pricing to be considered in the global G2M strategy

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Business, or Electronic or Electrical engineering, or similar areas
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry marketing/sales/business development
- Good knowledge of power semiconductor device & market is preferred;
- Familiar with value chain of **OEM/ODM **and distribution networking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Open-mind person with strategic mind-set; excellent team player;
- Able to work under pressure, willing to travel (40%)
