**THE ROLE**

You will provide operational leverage to the CEO and the EverEdge Global teams by managing the Singapore team and the operations of the Singapore office overseeing the sale and delivery of major consulting engagements and contribute as part of the senior team delivering against EverEdge’s top level goals.

You will be responsible for the management of EverEdge’s Advisory business and all business support functions in Singapore. Key areas of responsibility include:

- Selling and overseeing the development of consulting proposals
- Strategic input into projects / consulting engagements
- Primary oversight on delivery of projects / consulting engagements
- Quality control of projects / consulting engagements

**Business Operations**:Manage all business operations and support functions in Singapore, including:

- Continuously seeking to reengineer business processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs, whilst maintaining the necessary infrastructure.
- Oversee the operations of the organization and manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain procedures for implementing plans approved by EverEdge Global’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Ensure that staff and the ELT have sufficient and up-to-date information.
- Evaluate organization and staff performance on a regular basis.

**Sales**:Undertake sales and business development activities to grow the client base and create revenue for the company, including:

- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, building relationships with peer organizations when appropriate.
- Lead development.
- Client relationship management and sales of Company Services.
- Preparation of pitch and sales documents to go out to clients or prospects of the Company.
- Lead the delivery and creation of major quote, RFP, and client engagement documentation.
- Liaise with the client's commercial personnel to transact all contractual elements.

**Financial Management**:

- Assists in developing annual budgets that support operating plans.
- Prudently manage the organization's resources within budget guidelines
- Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the ELT appropriately informed of the organization’s financial position.

**REQUIREMENTS**

We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, a lateral thinker, is good under pressure and up to the challenge of working in a fast-growing business and industry. This role combines networking skills with pragmatic commercial and technical expertise to assist the world’s leading companies to grow, and better leverage their intangible assets.
- 5+ years’ experience in management consulting.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience selling similar products.
- And of course, you come ready with solid relationships in the market.
