Here we are looking for a **SAP Order to Cash Business Analyst **in Singapore.

The main responsibilities of the **SAP Order to Cash Business Analyst **are:

- You will be supporting the user community in maintaining SAP Order to cash functionalities and ensuring support and maintenance as well as continuous improvement. The role discusses with key users, providing guidance on process enhancements and designing adequate solutions. Taking a project approach with agile mindset, you will collect requirements which helps in the definition of their needs and manage all the steps of the solution development lifecycle (from requirements collection to solution roll-out).

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Identify, participate, and implement productivity enhancement projects, support users in day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with business teams, business process experts and IT teams to study current work processes and constantly identify areas for improvement.
- Map business process requirements to system design and create functional specification document to IT teams, conduct and co-ordinate testing and provides user training where necessary.
- Ensure operations are in compliance with group policies, standards and practices established.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in identifying and mapping end users' business requirement with SAP ERP Sales and Distribution functionalities.
- Experience in SAP sales and distribution customizing experience, pricing procedures and determination, user exits, ABAP debugging and project management skills.
- Must be a team player, willing to learn, an initiative to drive and follow up on outstanding issues to closure.
- Fluent written and spoken English language.
- High intercultural communication skills
