Key Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company,

including identifying potential customers and projects,

initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales

proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage

in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance

to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while

supporting customers in their project requirements and

enquiries. Support Administration executives to facilitate

prompt receipt of payment from customers and final

accounts for completed projects.
- Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize

the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales

targets set by our Company.
- Coordinate with Contract or Project and customers in scope

of work and project executions as well as responding to

customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues

with customers as soon as possible.
- Refresh Company website and marketing materials

frequently, if any. Organize marketing initiatives to increase

customer engagement and awareness.
- Identify new market trends and seek potential business

opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for

Management.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO

standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO

audits, where applicable.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when

required or as instructed.

Pre-Requisites:

- Diploma or degree preferably Engineering or related course.
- Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal,

communication and written skills as well as possess own

vehicle.
- Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to

multi-task under tight timelines.
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural

drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
