We will train you through our 6-Month Programme which is specifically designed to help new talents, like yourself, develop the attributes and skills of an effective educator. Upon successful completion of training, every CF teacher can embark on their preferred career track.

Curriculum Track: Subject Specialist > Senior Subject Specialist > Curriculum Head > Curriculum Director

Leadership Track: Subject Specialist > Senior Subject Specialist > Level Head > Centre Branch Director

**COMPANY STRUCTURE AND CULTURE
**WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time position but with semi flexi-work hours. Teaching Staff are required to be in the office only when they have classes or to attend meetings and training. Most are clocking around a 28-hour workweek in the office, while working the remaining 12-14 hours from home.

Typical working hours:

- Mon - Fri:
Shift A: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Shift B: 1 - 9pm, Shift C: WFH
- Sat or Sun: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm (depending on allocated classes)

**LOCATION**
- Blk 449 Clementi Ave 3 #01-261 (Upper Level) S120449 (1-2 min walk from Clementi MRT Station)

**KEY REQUIREMENTS
Singaporeans and PRs preferred (Quota Criteria)

Be passionate about teaching Math

Sincere in supporting students wholeheartedly to achieve their fullest potential

Willingness to be adopt our Centre’s Teaching Methodology.

At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised education institute

Positive attitude to learn

Team player

Good credit in O-Level Additional Math (A1 / A2) or A-Level Math (A or B)

Able to commit long-term (3-5 years) to achieve teaching mastery

Training programme for fresh graduates are available.
