We are looking for a full-time Clinic Executive here at Alami Clinic

In this role, you would provide day-to-day administrative assistance, bridge the gap between doctor and patient, and work with our team towards making geriatric care available and accessible to all. As a clinic executive, you will also be involved in operations, billing and marketing matters. Past clinic experience is preferred.

What you will do:

- Administration: registration, vital signs, scheduling & payment
- Pack & dispense medicine
- Customer service: ensuring that our customers’ expectations are met
- Operations planning, execution and troubleshooting
- Marketing & billing operations
- Other duties as needed by operational needs

(training will be provided for medication dispensing & use of computer systems)

Pay: $2,220.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Clinic: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
