**What you’ll achieve**

**You will**:

- Execute on assigned work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Engage with leaders and provide guidance on the execution of core HR processes to support workforce transition, organizational change and HR program initiatives
- Manage multiple competing priorities and maintain accurate records of time spent on categories of work
- Partner with central HR specialist teams, functionally aligned HR and organization development teams to plan, communicate and implement core HR processes and programs

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with over 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Understanding of talent cycle and HR processes

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and analysis skills using data analytics to drive HR decisions and plans
- Experience implementing HR programs and policies and Project management experience
