Cleaner (School)

**Job Description**:
- Clean, wash, sweep, mop, dust and vacuum assigned school facilities (e.g. classrooms, offices, multipurpose halls, carpets, windows, walls, furniture, sinks, drinking fountains, etc.) to maintain a sanitary, safe and attractive environment.
- Clean and sanitise toilet facilities and Nurse Room.
- Arrange tables, chairs, desks, etc. to provide adequate preparation for the classroom activities and events.
- Empty and clean garbage bins, remove trash, etc. to allocated disposal points.
- Respond to immediate safety and / or operational concerns for the purpose of taking appropriate action to resolve immediate safety.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Ensure that all chemicals are securely stored away when not in use.
- Clean and tidy cleaning materials and equipment storage areas in a clean and tidy condition.
- Ensure Supervisor is aware of low stock levels of supplies and equipment (eg cleaning solutions, toiletries, mops, trash bags, etc.).
- Inform the Supervisor of any defects found in the areas that the Cleaner is assigned to.
**Requirements**:
- Able to work indepently and also in a team
- Good time management
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Work Location: 72 Bukit Tinggi Road, Singapore 289760 (shuttle bus service provided from 6th Avenue MRT station)
Working hours: 7.30 am - 5.00 pm or 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
