**Job Title: Pharmaceutical Packaging Assistant
**Job Overview**:As a Pharmaceutical Packaging Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the meticulous packaging and preparation of pharmaceutical products for distribution to facilities and clients. Working within a warehouse environment, you'll ensure that medications and medical supplies are carefully handled, labeled, and packaged according to strict quality and safety standards. Your attention to detail, dedication to regulatory compliance, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the seamless delivery of essential items to those in need.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging and Labeling**:Skillfully package pharmaceutical products with precision and care, ensuring each item is accurately labeled with essential information such as product details, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough inspections of medications and medical supplies to uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity. Promptly report any discrepancies or concerns to maintain product integrity.
- **Inventory Oversight**:Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and replenishing packaging supplies as necessary to support efficient operations.
- **Safety Compliance**:Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to safeguard against contamination and maintain a sterile environment. Prioritize safety and hygiene in all packaging activities.
- **Regulatory Adherence**:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing pharmaceutical packaging and distribution, including adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines.
- **Efficiency Enhancement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize packaging efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with team members to implement streamlined procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**:Foster a collaborative working environment by effectively communicating with warehouse colleagues and coordinating packaging activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Documentation Management**:Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to packaging activities, including packing slips, shipping labels, and other essential paperwork, to support traceability and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical packaging procedures and regulations advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and labeling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Comfort working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions. Manual dexterity and coordination for precise handling of small items and packaging materials
